About Me
An incredible dream dolls house complete with furniture and accessories awaits. The huge three floor open-fronted house boasts a hallway and kitchen on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to a second hallway and a relaxing sitting room. Upstairs the home is completed by a bathroom and spacious bedroom opening onto a charming balcony. There's even a little attic space for storage.
The many beautiful accessories on the first floor include:
A table and 2 chairs, 2 mugs, 2 plates, jug, cooker and sink unit, fridge, printed rug, chopping board, toaster, kettle, frying and casserole pan, dish with a fish, coffee machine, potted plant.
On the second floor there is:
A fireplace unit with wood burning stove, mirror and 2 candlesticks, retro style armchair, printed rug, picture of granny, coffee table, 8 part cake on a cake stand, 2 printed magazines, sideboard with 3 drawers, a log basket with logs, a pet dachshund dog in a fluffy basket, side table, lamp and a small armchair
Completing the third floor is:
A bath with a shelf and rubber duck, toilet, vanity unit with mirror, 2 bottles and a soap on a dish.
And in the bedroom you will find:
A wardrobe with 3 coat hangers, bed, mattress, top sheet and pillow, chest of drawers, lamp, dressing table with mirror and hairdryer. A gorgeous little teddy bear is also included.
The house is beautifully decorated throughout and full of charming little features which will provide endless delight and entertainment.
The house is supplied fully furnished. Dolls are not included. Why not take a look at our beautiful Fearne Wooden Doll and Lola Wooden Doll both are perfectly scaled to live in the wonderful Mulberry Mansion.

Tender Leaf Toys are made from reclaimed rubber trees which are a by-product of the latex industry. For every reclaimed tree used, a new one is planted. Tender Leaf Toys have been awarded the ICTI Ethical Toy Program seal of approval for their ethical and sustainable supply chain. All toys are made in a family run factory and are hand-painted with toxic free paints before being packaged in recycled cardboard.

Delivery is free for orders over £20. For orders under £20, delivery will cost £2.95.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours.
UK Mainland deliveries are usually made within 2 - 4 working days.
For deliveries to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, please allow up to 6 working days.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We send our deliveries with UPS, DPD Local and Royal Mail Tracked. If you have ordered multiple products, you may receive them in separate shipments.
Some of our larger products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
Our delivery services are tracked, and you will receive updates on your order by email or SMS.
